Scope
Why this list is deliberately short.
Attribution has to be public
An address only appears here if a government, a court filing or the historical record has named it. BitcoinTrench does not run clustering heuristics to guess who owns an address, because those heuristics have error rates that are rarely published and a wrong attribution about a real person is not a rounding error.
What a balance does not prove
A published address is one address. The entity behind it may hold far more elsewhere, may have moved funds to addresses nobody has connected, and may not control the keys at all any more. A live balance is an observation about one address, and nothing beyond that.
